MT (Management Trainee)
As a Management Trainee, I work closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to develop sales strategies, leadership and recruiting skills, preparing for a future role as a Store Manager. I assist in training and motivating teammates, and act as Store Manager in their absence.

Each guest who shopped with us in store were personally invited as well as our guests on our Salesfloor Buckle link through each teammate. They also received an extra reward point up to 3x based on their rewards tier system. Our Salesfloor Buckle link is where a teammate can connect with guests that prefer to shop with them. They can shop through them, schedule a styling appointment, or message through the link.
Collaborations
For this event I collaborated with Lash Dealer Beauty and other local businesses for giveaways for our guests! This included going to businesses in person for cross promotion marketing and networking!
