About me

Hello There!

My name is Allison Link and I am a graduate of Kansas State University! I graduated in May of 2024 with a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Studies with a specialization in Business and minors in Leadership, Marketing and Management. 

I am currently a MT (Management Trainee) through the Buckle in Wichita, KS. I work closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to develop sales strategies, leadership, and recruiting skills, preparing for a future role as a Store Manager. I assist in training, business decisions, motivating teammates, operations, visual merchandise management, and act as Store Manager in their absence.

I am also the Guest Connect Department Manager, driving sales and attendance with new and regular guests who shop with us in-store or online! This includes hosting events, marketing, and contacting guests through our personalized sales websites.

Fashion has been a passion of mine that I wanted to pursue since 4th grade! It started when I was gifted a stencil illustration book for Christmas one year and it turned into a hobby. As I grew older I found myself interested in the business side of the fashion industry and decided the Business specialization of a Fashion Studies degree was more my path. 

Besides being an ambitious fashion business professional, I consider myself an outdoor enthusiast and leader of my community. Hobbies of mine include fishing, hunting and traveling! I also love to spend my free time catching up with friends and family!
